SalesAndMarketing.ai has the most flexible and robust opt-in and opt-out process in the industry.  SalesAndMarketing.ai allows your customers to maintain their data.  Most of our customers have a contact and an email address or a cell number, but rarely both.  When you enable opt-In, SalesAndMarketing.ai will send a SMS and an Email to your contact and allow them to correct any data errors to complete your contact record.  It is a great way to harvest and build your contact list along with using SalesAndMarketing.ai Forms.

The SalesAndMarketing.ai opt-in process meets every requirement of GDPR and privacy laws where your contacts have control of their data and you as a customer may physically remove your account from our Database Servers.

SalesAndMarketing.ai highly recommends you personalize the Email and SMS templates if you have a personal relationship with your customers and they know who you are.  If they do not, take this time to explain why they should give you their phone number or email address.

You have 3 options for running Opt-in. 

1.  At Registration
2.  At the group level in MyCRM
3. At a contact level if their contact information is in question if it is correct.

At Registration When Uploading your CSV

Go to MyCRM, select your contact and at the bottom of the page you can send a sms, email or both.
