Hello EmailsAndSurveys Customers

We have received some requests for features that we have promoted in advance of the major release.

What was promoted today:

  1. Mult-User.  You can now create other users that can use your account.  You can also create Roles which give them capabilites.  You will see this option on the main menu bar called "Manage User".
  2. Configurable opt statements for SMS.  If you would like to omit the "Reply STOP to STOP", that is now supported.  This will save you some characters and make sending SMS less expensive.
  3. SMS Inbox.  We have promoted this some time ago, but you will see a green icon on the left side of the page in MyCRM where you can easily chat with all your SMS replies.

What is coming shortly:

  1. Automation. You will be able to build sequences of events to when an Email, SMS, Form, or Survey should be sent out.
  2. Auto Responding. Based on a response to an SMS or Email you can initiate an Event. 
  3. Next-Generation Forms and Surveys that are better than Survey Monkey
  4. The ability to integrate with 3rd party websites
  5. We are looking at moving to an SMS carrier for SMS. Stay Tuned.

We also will have new easier to use pricing plans. We are not raising prices and Pay as You Go will still be available.
